About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) to join their team. The CFAO will be responsible for leading and managing all financial, administrative, and operations aspects of the organization. This includes overseeing budgeting, fiscal compliance, financial planning, investment oversight, and grants management. The successful candidate will also be involved in strategic financial leadership, ensuring that the Foundation's business practices are efficient and support its mission. The role requires a collaborative and detail-oriented leader with a strong work ethic, a commitment to clear goals, and the ability to learn quickly within a philanthropic organization. The ideal candidate for the CFAO position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in administrative and financial management. A CPA is preferred. Key qualifications include strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a deep knowledge of not-for-profit and/or foundation accounting. The candidate should have experience in strategic and operational financial management, as well as a proven track record in people management and supporting an equitable and inclusive culture. Proficiency in financial management software, superior organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically are essential. The CFAO will also be expected to have advanced leadership skills and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
