CAAS Manager

Position Overview
The CAAS Manager will oversee the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outsourced accounting solutions to clients. The role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and excellent client relationship management to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the CAAS team in providing outsourced accounting services to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in all client work.
• Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in the development of processes and best practices to enhance service efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client accounting or outsourced accounting roles.
• Small Business & Outsourced Accounting experience with-30-50M in Client Revenue
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
