Main purpose of the Buying Assistant - Beauty + Home role: This is a full time role for a candidate who assists Buyer in daily tasks. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Email management
• Running reports, reorder management, product templates, new vendor forms
• Attending and participating in buying appointments
• Building strong relationships with buyers, sales analysts and vendors
• Working with shipping approvals and accounts payable
• Collecting and logging product attributes and details

Required Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Motivation
• Ability to work well under strict deadlines in fast paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:

• College educated
• Proficient in gmail, excel, word and online navigation
• Understanding of trends and key items

Preferred Qualifications:

• Showroom experience
• Administrative experience
• Assistant experience
• Quick and accurate typing skills

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly is $23.00/hr.
