ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Welcome and assist customers, understanding their automotive needs and providing detailed information to guide their purchase decisions.
Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from greeting to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the customer.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models and features to effectively communicate the benefits to customers.
Relationship Building: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Inventory Management: Assist in keeping the showroom organized and vehicles properly displayed and maintained.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required, associates or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. We are open to training the right candidate.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing top-tier customer service and building relationships.
Sales Skills: Must have sales experience with strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
Motivation: A genuine enthusiasm for cars and sales, with a desire to exceed sales targets.
Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
