Job Summary:

Beach Cities Toyota, a leading automotive dealership in Westminster, California, is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Automotive Salesperson. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the exciting and fast-paced automotive industry. The Salesperson will be responsible for maximizing vehicle sales and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time position with potential for commission based on performance. The successful candidate will also be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership
- Engage with potential customers and understand their needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the vehicles, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct test drives with potential customers
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and to generate referrals and repeat business
- Keep track of sales prospects and leads in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and accessories in the automotive industry
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the dealership

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or marketing is an asset
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
