WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE PARTS COORDINATOR

This auto parts position at our dealership is full-time and never works evenings or Sundays !

DAY-TO-DAY

As an Automotive Parts Coordinator, you're responsible for utilizing a range of resources - from electronic catalogs to reference books to internal computer systems - to find the right parts for each job. With a keen eye for detail, you process orders, handle billing and credit returns, and ensure all transactions are accurately reconciled. And with your natural sales skills, you easily meet daily and monthly sales objectives. You're also on the front lines of customer service, cheerfully answering incoming phone calls from service shops and customers alike, selling parts and accessories, handling payments, and keeping customers informed about their order status. When our service advisors sell maintenance or auto repair services, you're always there to provide quotes and order parts, ensuring that every customer receives the attention they deserve. And with your commitment to providing fantastic customer service, you take pride in ensuring that every job is done right the first time.

All that you need to excel in this auto parts role is the following:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Sales skills
  • Phone etiquette and computer proficiency

Experience in an auto repair or maintenance position would be a plus.
