Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
3. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in civil litigation defense or liability or insurance defense.
4. Exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, court systems, and legal principles related to civil litigation defense.
5. Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients in civil litigation defense cases.
10. Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.
