OverviewInfinite Machine is looking for an Art Director to join our team and bring our brand to life across a variety of creative assets. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing everything from printed materials and social media posts to advertisements and larger art direction projects, including overseeing photo shoots.You'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure a consistent, visually compelling brand identity that resonates with our audience. Whether you're designing eye-catching ad campaigns, developing creative for social media, or directing photo shoots to capture our products in the best light, your work will help shape the way people see and interact with our brand.ResponsibilitiesCreate and design a wide range of visual assets, including printed materials, social media graphics, digital ads, and packagingDevelop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in visual communicationCollaborate with the marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to produce creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and product launchesLead art direction for photo shoots, including planning, styling, and overseeing execution to ensure visuals align with brand guidelinesDesign and prepare artwork for both digital and print media, ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality outputWork closely with external vendors, photographers, and production teams to ensure the smooth execution of projectsGenerate creative solutions for new marketing initiatives, staying on top of trends and bringing fresh ideas to the tableAssist in developing creative guidelines and ensure all visuals meet established standardsManage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with meeting deadlines and prioritiesContinuously iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving business needsEnsure that all creative work is in line with brand goals and the overall marketing strategyThis role will require a versatile designer capable of contributing to a variety of design projects while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving. Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in design and art direction within a brand or creative agencyExcellent portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills across print, digital, and social media assetsExperience in art direction, including managing photo shoots and collaborating with photographers and stylistsSuperb understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchyAbility to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs that align with brand identityExperience in designing for various formats and platforms, including print, web, mobile, and social mediaFamiliarity with preparing files for print and working with printers and other vendorsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and adapt designs accordinglyAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPassion: Genuine enthusiasm for our product, brand, and missionBonusKnowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plusExperience with hardware, fashion, luxury, or electric vehicle startupsAbout Infinite MachineOur mission at Infinite Machine is to build the best non-cars on earth.
