Hybrid Flexibility: This position offers a dynamic hybrid work environment, empowering team members to seamlessly blend on-site collaboration at a Company-designated location with the flexibility of remote work. Join us as we redefine the way we work!

A few details about the role:

* Work closely with the directors of finance, accounting department and others within the organization to ensure journal entries and other transactions are accurately and timely recorded

* Prepare daily reconciliations for cash accounts

* Prepare monthly reconciliations for assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts

* Ensure compliance with accounting policies

* Work closely with the accounting/finance team and others within the organization to ensure open and accurate communications and excellent customer service

* Assist in the preparation of month-end, quarterly and annual reports, consolidation, and other reporting as assigned

* Assist with the budget, forecasting and audit processes as requested

And here's what you need to apply:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or an associate degree with five years of demonstrated experience in accounting.

* Two to three years accounting experience.

* Knowledge of US GAAP.
